Special Issue "Qualitative Analysis of Fractional Differential Systems"

The fractional calculus fields and their applications are the most attractive fields among all scientific researches in recent years. Since many real systems are better described with fractional order differential systems than the corresponding of the integer orders. This characteristic has attracted the scientists and engineers’ interests in the later years and now it is a tool used in almost every area of science.

The fractional differential models are the most interactive researches in this field with various contributions in the theory and applications. The significance of the qualitative analysis of fractional differential systems has been demonstrated to be very effective in many topics such as existence and uniqueness, controllability, stability, positivity, regularity and other areas of pure and applied mathematics of linear and nonlinear analysis.

This special issue aims to present recent contributions and new trends related to the fractional systems and its various applications. We invite researchers to contribute original research papers as well as review articles to this special issue giving new insights into recent achievements.

Topics include but are not limited to the following:

  • Existence and uniqueness of solution for fractional nonlinear systems.
  • Controllability of fractional systems.
  • Stability of fractional systems.
  • Applications of fixed point theorems to fractional differential systems.
  • Regularity of the solution.
  • Iterative methods and algorithms.
  • Numerical solutions of fractional systems.
  • Approximate solutions technique of fractional systems.
  • Fractional differential inclusions.
  • Equilibrium problems with applications in nonlinear Analysis.
  • Special Functions and integral transforms related to fractional systems.

Special Issue "Recent Development in Approximate and Fixed-Point Theory and Its Applications"

Due to its usefulness and applications in mathematics and related disciplines, Physical sciences, social sciences, engineering, information, and computer sciences, metric fixed-point theory has been developed in many directions.  More general results have been introduced along with the provision of many useful tools to solve problems arising in several diverse areas of research.

On the other hand, distance spaces are more general than metric spaces like b-metric spaces, partial metric spaces, pseudo quasi metric, semi metric spaces, and some others in this list have been introduced. Such spaces have applications linked with many natural phenomena in computer sciences, physics, economics, and many other related disciplines. Moreover, fixed point theory in connection with these spaces is still in developing stages and there is a need for further developments in this direction.

The aim of this special issue is to publish latest research developments in fixed point theory in connection with more general distance spaces with some real world applications. In this special issue, we intend to publish high quality original research papers.

Potential topics include but are not limited to the following:

  • Topological properties of distance spaces
  • Positive fixed-point theorems in distance spaces
  • Order theoretic fixed-point theorems
  • Existence and stability and topological properties of fixed-point sets of multivalued mappings in distance spaces
  • Applications of asymmetric distances in computer sciences, game theory, and economics
  • Variational principles, fixed points, and completeness characterizations of distance spaces
  • Nonconvex optimization, variational inequality, complementarity, and equilibrium problems
  • Fixed point approximations, algorithms, and convergence analysis in distance spaces
  • Best approximation theory of distance spaces with applications
  • Fixed point theory in asymmetric normed spaces and Banach lattices
  • Applications in theory of existence of solutions of differential and integral equations
  • Fixed point index, ergodic theory, topological fixed-point theory, and KKM mappings in distance spaces
