Article Processing Charge
Article processing charge: USD 720 per accepted article
Charged only after acceptance. There is no fee for submission or peer review.
What the charge covers
The International Journal of Analysis and Applications is fully open access. Instead of charging readers or libraries, the journal charges a single article processing charge (APC) for each accepted article. It covers editorial handling and peer review management, typesetting and proofs, online publication with a Crossref DOI, and long-term hosting of the article.
Every article is free to read from the day it is published and is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. Authors keep the copyright of their work.
When and how to pay
- The charge becomes payable only when a manuscript is accepted. Nothing is due at submission, during review, or if the manuscript is rejected.
- After acceptance the corresponding author's manuscript page shows the invoice and a payment button.
- The invoice and, after payment, the receipt can be downloaded from the same page as PDF files.
- Production of the article (typesetting and proofs) starts once the payment has been received.
Who pays
The charge may be paid by the authors, their institution, or their research funder.
Editorial independence
Editorial decisions are made on scientific merit alone. Whether or how an APC is paid has no influence on the decision, and editors and reviewers do not take part in any payment matters.
No other charges
Apart from the article processing charge there are no other fees: no submission fee, no page or colour charges, and no charge for figures, supplementary files or the length of the article.
Questions about payment can be sent to [email protected]; please include the manuscript number.
