Prediction Intervals for the First and Last Point in Future Sample Having from a New Bathtub Shape Failure Rate Life Time Model in the Presence of Outliers

Abstract

Acquiring Bayesian prediction intervals for the first and final points of observation with the bathtub-shape distribution of the failure rate life-time type under the conditions of available outliers is the focus of the research. These bounds of predication acquired on the basis of the right Type-II censored sample. The procedure is presented with the help of a wide range of illustrative example.
